Scenes are where you can create mappings between your devices and your tracks. This allows you to have multiple configurations within the same session, which you can trigger by a click on the mouse or by a pre-recorded key or button from your keyboard.
The "+" and "-" buttons on the top of the pane let you add or remove a scene.
