These are the controls that deal with positioning and tempo. These are useful when you include plugins that synchronize to the host play head.
The first field on the left is the position of the play head. It's updated through the transport buttons.
The second control is for BPM (tempo) of the playback. You can increase/decrease it by clicking on the up/down arrows.
