SwarPlug is the leading sampler/synth when it comes to voices of Indian instruments. No other plugin comes even close.
The basic engine comes with a legacy library of over 70 Indian voices. Additional Expansion Packs give you additional instruments, as per your requirements.

Activating retriggering on a keymap item plays the sample on both key up and down. Now you can set the up key stroke to be transposed by x octaves. This is used for example on the Tabla Tarang strokes to play strokes by left and right hand alternatively.
The MONO mode has been reengineered to keep track of any key still pressed and returning to that when the subsequent key is released. This makes trills and ornamentation much easier.
